TERMS OF PURCHASE

1. The order is considered completed if the advance payment has been received on the seller’s bank account.

2. It is possible to cancel the order during the working day of placing the order. In the future, the seller has the right to withhold the amount related to the expenses.

2.1. The seller has the right to deduct a percentage of the bank’s commission from the amount to be returned, which has been received via a payment terminal or as an online bank payment.

2.2. The order cannot be canceled and the advance payment is not refundable if 14 days have passed since the order was placed.

3. An online store order can be refused if the ordered goods were available at the seller’s warehouse and were returned undamaged (including mechanical) and in the original packaging.

4. The buyer is obliged to pick up the goods within 14 days of receiving the notification of the goods’ arrival at the warehouse. The seller has the right to charge 1% of the total amount of the order per day for the warehouse service.

5. The buyer undertakes to check the goods for possible mechanical damage immediately upon receiving the goods, as later claims will not be satisfied.

6. The buyer undertakes to familiarize himself with the user manual for gluing the wall covering and to take into account all the individual characteristics of the product, as claims are no longer accepted after installation or cutting the material.

7. The recommended delivery time is indicated on each item, but the seller reserves the right to delay the delivery of the item without prior warning for valid reasons or reasons beyond the seller’s control.

8. The goods may be withdrawn from production without prior notice, in the event that the customer decides to cancel the order, the advance payment amount will be transferred to the account specified in the contract within 14 days. In the event that the buyer decides to replace the discontinued product with another one, the overpaid or underpaid amount will be offset before receiving the product or at the time of receiving the product.

9. The seller has the right to collect 50% of the amount for the ordered goods as an advance payment if the transaction takes place in the salon and 100% of the amount if the transaction takes place in the online store.

10. The seller is not responsible for the color and texture of the real material not matching the ones shown on the screen. In case of doubt, it is advisable to check the quality of the material in the office. Such incompatibility of materials is not considered by the seller as a reason for canceling the order (for terms of canceling the order, see points 1 and 2).

11. The seller is not responsible for the accuracy of calculating the amount of material.

PROCESSING THE PURCHASE

When completing the purchase, you can choose the preferred mode of transport to receive the goods.
The price of transport depends on the dimensions and weight of the ordered goods.

You can make a purchase without registration (as a guest) or registered. Fill in the given cells (filling in the cells with red stars is mandatory) and choose a username and password that suits you (if you want to become a registered user).
Be sure to check that the address and contact details are correct, otherwise there may be problems with the delivery of the ordered goods.

After completing the purchase transaction and heading to the checkout, you have the option to choose between different payment methods:

a. It is possible to pay for the goods directly through the bank link;

b. Bank transfer – the program will show you the numbers of our current accounts and give instructions for making a bank transfer;

c. It is also possible to pay for the ordered goods with various credit cards.

Please note that the estimated delivery time starts after the bank transaction. If you have made the payment through the Internet bank, after successful payment, be sure to use the “Back to the merchant” button to exit the bank
